Pillow Block Bearing

Pillow block bearings integrate a self-aligning ball bearing or spherical roller bearing within a cast iron, steel, or polymer housing (typically ISO-standard base dimensions). The outer ring features a spherical outer diameter that pivots inside the housing bore, enabling ±3–5° misalignment compensation for shaft deflection or mounting errors. Designed for easy bolt-on installation, they include pre-lubricated seals and adjustable locking mechanisms (e.g., set screws, eccentric collars).
