Thrust Roller Bearings

1769416670576183.jpgThrust Roller Bearings are designed to carry axial loads by using rollers arranged between hardened raceways. Depending on the design (cylindrical, tapered, or spherical rollers), they can support extremely high unidirectional or bidirectional thrust loads, and in many configurations they also tolerate moderate radial loads. The line-contact roller geometry delivers higher load capacity, improved stiffness, and longer service life than thrust ball bearings, making them suitable for low-to-medium speeds under heavy load conditions. With robust construction and reliable performance under vibration or shock, thrust roller bearings are widely used in demanding applications such as marine propulsion systems, extruders, cranes, vertical pumps, construction machinery, and heavy-duty gearboxes where strong axial support is critical.
